High street standout that thinks beyond the glass

Once Upon a Farm's Whole Foods Kensington UK launch window

retail window displays that work beyond the glass

Retail windows are some of the most valuable media space a brand can occupy. Whether you're launching a new product, supporting a seasonal campaign or creating theatre around a retail partnership, a great retail window display can stop shoppers before they've even stepped through the door and convert them into paying customers.

The best retail windows don't just look beautiful. They create curiosity, build a brand story and give shoppers a reason to come inside and buy.

As preferred suppliers to Whole Foods Market and John Lewis, we create and deliver retail window displays that work harder by connecting the experience beyond the glass.

What makes an effective retail window display?

A successful window needs to do more than attract attention. We think about how the experience can take shoppers from first glance through to engagement and purchase.

Stopping power

Create a bold representation of the brand that stands out on the high street and is worth stopping for.

Intrigue

Tell a story that people want to explore and guide shoppers from the window to the product in store.

Convert

Support purchase in store through frictionless, connected retail experiences that make products easy to discover and buy.

Remember

Create touchpoints for people to get involved with, talk about, photograph and share – extending the impact of the window beyond the retail environment.

Retail Window Case Study: Once Upon a Farm at Whole Foods Market Kensington

As Once Upon a Farm prepared to launch into the UK, the brand needed a retail debut that would stop shoppers in their tracks and introduce an entirely new brand to the market.

We transformed the flagship Whole Foods Market Kensington windows into a bold, playful showcase of the brand, using oversized product packs and vibrant 3D fruit and vegetables to bring its fresh, wholesome credentials to life.

Designed to delight children while reassuring parents, the display created real stopping power on one of London's busiest shopping streets.

More than a window

The oversized packs and vibrant 3D fruit and vegetables introduced shoppers to the brand before they had even stepped inside. The creative balanced playful appeal for children with clear reassurance for parents, bringing Once Upon a Farm's wholesome, sugar-free proposition to life in a way that was impossible to miss.

But the retail activation didn't stop at the window.

Inside the store, we extended the experience with a treasure hunt, complete with illustrated maps, floor-trail stickers and a hopscotch vinyl. This guided families through the store to the basement chiller, turning product discovery into an engaging journey and encouraging shoppers to explore the full range.

Behind the scenes, we managed everything from creative development and 3D design through to manufacture, installation and retailer coordination, ensuring every element worked seamlessly within the Whole Foods Market environment.

The activation generated strong shopper engagement and social buzz, including recognition from Once Upon a Farm co-founder Jennifer Garner, while helping establish the brand's presence in the UK and supporting future retail opportunities.

What began as a launch window became a memorable retail brand experience that drove awareness, footfall and conversation.
